2026 Celebrates 23 Years of The Sunrise Memorial Day Tournament

The Sunrise Memorial Day Tournament, organized by Sunrise Little League, serves as a fundraiser.
We take pride in our statewide reputation for hosting a positive, well-structured, and competitive tournament.
We are grateful for the chance to support Sunrise Baseball, which sends three teams to participate,
providing our little league players an opportunity to experience tournament play.

All Sunrise Little League players chosen for a tournament team must be able to attend all four days of play.
Parents must complete a minimum of six volunteer hours during the tournament.
Please note that playtime is not guaranteed.

field crews, tournament director etc.

The tournament is a fundraiser for the Sunrise Little League.
The SLL Snack Bar will be open and numerous other vendors will be on-site who also donate back the league.

Tournament Rules

Little League Green Book rules apply with the modification for batting lineups and pitching below.

Batting: All divisions, can bat 9 players, 10 players, or the entire lineup.

Pitching: Standard 4-day tournament rules - pitching will go by innings, not pitch count.

Tournament Registration closes May 19

Entry Fee: $750 per team

Required Paperwork: due no later than May 20 at 5pm

Tournament Divisions: 10U, 12U and 14U

Age as of 8/31/26

Tournament Information

This is a 3-game guarantee tournament.
Friday & Saturday: Pool Play
Sunday: Bracket Play
Monday: Finals

Sunday Bracket Seeding will be determined by:

Winning percentage
Head-to-Head
Runs Against
Runs For
Total Run Differential
Coin Toss (Tournament Director)

3-way ties +: once seed is determined, the process begins again for the next seed to be determined & continues until all ties are resolved.

Finals: Home/Visitor for 1st and 3rd Place Games will be decided by highest seed after Sunday

Required Tournament Documents

Team Roster
Medical Release Form
Birth Certificate copies
Insurance Document with Sunrise Little League listed as additional insured
Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Agreement
Payment in full ($750) is required to be accepted into the tournament

Once registration has been submitted, Team Managers will receive a Drop Box File link to submit required documents.

Documents must be submitted no later than May 20 at 5pm.
Teams will have a quick check in prior to their first game.

Details

No alcohol is permitted at C-Bar-C Park.

No smoking/vaping is permitted at C-Bar-C Park.

No personal BBQ's are allowed in the park, courtyard or parking lot.

Food Trucks and Vendors will be on-site.

DO NOT block or enter the white gate at the end of the parking lot. This needs to remain clear for emergencies. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
